COURSE INFORMATION

Mathematics is a course that combines well not only with traditional sciences such as Physics and Chemistry, but also with subjects such as Geography, Business Studies and ICT.  In recent years students have successfully studied Mathematics alongside a variety of other subjects.  Mathematics may be used as a tool in a wide range of courses in Higher Education, or can be studied as a distinct subject in itself.  The course is a demanding one, and requires a good understanding of GCSE Mathematics at Higher Level (Grade A material) for a realistic chance of success.

Pupils who have a predicted grade B should see Mr Easto if they wish to be considered for the course.
