Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools at Sheaf Training

Course description

A nationally recognised and flexible award from the City & Guilds Awarding Organisation that will enable candidates to gain a qualification that relates directly to the educational setting in which they work.

Candidates must either be working or volunteering within an educational setting (Primary, Secondary or Special Needs) environment, and have a keen interest in children and young people's care, learning and development.

Candidates must have a caring nature, be reliable, committed, enthusiastic, motivated and be able to work independently, effectively and as part of a team.

Entry requirements

Level 2 Literacy or equivalent is desirable however we will accept applicants which are working towards this qualification. Courses wil be made accessible whilst studying your teaching assistant qualification.
