Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship at HIT Training
This is the hospitality industry’s professional qualification for any member of staff responsible for supervising customer service in their organisation
and contributing to the development and implementation of the customer service policy should achieve. This qualification is suitable for those already in employment as well as those wishing to enter the hospitality, leisure or retail sectors. It is suitable for anyone involved in dealing with customers or clients in any hospitality, catering, residential or leisure outlet who is in a supervisory role or has authority to take decisions relating to customer service.
The Advanced Apprenticeship will last minimum 12 months and is made up of the following components:
BTEC Level 3 in Customer Service or indvidual units
Customer Service Advanced Technical Certificate
This is down to the eligibility of the candidate and also an Initial Assessment.
The employer will also need to demonstrate suitability of training programme by completing a skills scan.
Continuous Assessment in the workplace.
Assessment Reviews will take place every 4 - 6 weeks.
An employer contribution is applicable and is dependent on the size of the organisation and the volume of participants on the training programme.
