L2 Customer Service Apprenticeship at CMS Vocational Training Ltd
L2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service is a practical, work-based course which develops your skills and provides qualifications relevant to your job. The programme is ideal for anyone currently employed in a customer service role who would like to develop their performance through hands-on training.
The Apprenticeship framework is made up of the following elements:-
- NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service
- L1 Functional Skills Maths and English
- Technical Certificate - Certificate in Customer Service Level 2
- ERR workbook
All elements of the framework are completed alongside each other.
There are no entry requirements but you need to be employed in a customer service role.
This course is assessed through e-portfolio. An assessor will come into the workplace to see the learner and review their work.
For those learners who need to gain their Functional Skills, this will be assessed via online tests which will be completed in the workplace.
The qualification is funded by the Learning and Skills Council (subject to certain criteria) so there is no cost to you.
Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
