The Professional Cookery courses take into account the latest approaches to food safety, health and safety legislation and current industry practices, and provide a broad understanding of all aspects of kitchen and hospitality operations, essential for those aspiring to work in the industry.

1 GCSE at grade E or above or grade 2-9 in English, interview and Initial Assessment at Interview

Financial information

Courses are funded for students aged 16-18.  Students aged 19+ may be subject to course fees, dependent on previous qualification. For full coarse fees please contact course enquires.
