Media Studies at King James's School
Media Studies aims to create ´media literate´ students who are able to interpret a diversity of texts with critical confidence.
The subject gives students a set of analytical skills that will help them to deconstruct the world around them. Individuals with searching, investigative minds will be highly suited to this course.
Media Studies is an exciting, stimulating subject that suits students with a passion for exploration. It is centred on the analysis of fresh, modern texts and it requires students to think independently. The subject allows students to express their creativity and experiment with adventurous ideas.
