ICT AS/A2 Level at Norbury Manor Business and Enterprise College
- Unit 1 Practical Problem Solving in the Digital World (INFO1)
- Unit 2 Living in the Digital World (INFO2)
- Unit 3 The Use of ICT in the Digital World (INFO3)
- Unit 4 Coursework: Practical Issues Involved in the Use of ICT in the Digital World
Students will need either a B in GCSE ICT or a Distinction in an OCR or BTEC course, to be accepted onto this course.
Two exams of one and a half hours each worth 50% of the AS and 25% of the A2 level. Unit 1 is practical and students must take sample work into the exam and refer to it.
Unit 3 is assessed by a two hour exam which is 60% of the A2 and 30% of the A level. Unit 4 is coursework which is 40% of the A2 and 20% of the A2 level.
