General Patisserie and Confectionery Level 2 Certificate at Mulberry School for Girls

Course description

You have to achieve 14 credits from the 4 Mandatory units listed below to achieve this qualification.

Theses units are:

  • Produce hot and cold desserts and puddings
  • Produce biscuit, cake and sponge products
  • Produce paste products
  • Produce fermented dough products

These units will be achieved by a combination of practical and theory work showing your understanding of the preparing and finishing of products under the four headings.
