German at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar Alford - A Selective Academy

- Students who want to broaden their employment possibilities by offering a foreign language.
- Students who want to continue learning German in Further Education in order to compete in the job market dominated by multinational companies needing foreign language speakers.
To enter the Sixth Form, pupils should normally have achieved a minimum of 8 GCSE passes including English and Mathematics at grade C or above. For A level study, students should usually have a grade A or above (and at least a B) in the subjects they wish to study.
