AS/A2 Geography at Bourne End Academy

Course description

At AS Level you will learn about rivers, floods and management; cold enviroments; coastal
enviroments; population change; food supply issues; health issues (option) and geographical
skills incorporated into human and physical modules.

At A2 Level you will study plate tectonics and associated hazards; the change and challenges
of ecosystems; world cities; development and globalisation and you will also have a
Geography Fieldwork Investigation OR an Issue Evaluation Exercise.

Entry requirements

A minimum of a GCSE Grade B in Geography.
