IT Software, Web and Telecoms Professional Level 3 Apprenticeship (CMP1) at Barnsley College

Course description

•Learners will need to be at least 16 years of age and must either hold five GCSEs at grade A*-C, including GCSE English and have completed a Level 2 IT Software, Web and Telecoms Apprenticeship •You need to be employed within an IT setting or have an employer in this area willing to take you on as an apprentice

Course content

This apprenticeship is suitable to anyone who wants to develop their career in IT or someone is already working within an IT environment and wishes to develop their knowledge, skills, understanding and confidence within the industry.

Entry requirements

Assessment

You will be assessed by your assessor using a portfolio of report based evidence, practical demonstrations and assignments. You will be assessed both in College and in your place of work.

Future opportunities

Upon completion you could progress onto a level 4 apprenticeship relating to your role or apply for job roles including: •IT Technician •IT Support Assistant
