Logistics Operations Apprenticeship at West Cheshire College

Course description

Apprentices work in all areas of the sector to gain experience and prepare them for further development. Logistics Operations Advanced Apprentices work as Warehouse Team Leaders/Section Supervisors and are responsible for scheduling the movement of goods by road, rail, sea or air, improving team performance, health and safety and customer service. You will be assessed predominantly within the workplace. You will also improve your functional skills in English, maths and IT.

You will work towards achieving Logistics Operations NVQ Level 2 or the Logistics Operations NVQ Level 3 if an Advanced Apprentice. 

Entry requirements

This Apprenticeship would suit those who are currently working in the sector, and would like to work and gain a recognised qualification.

Assessment

You will be mainly assessed within the workplace.
