This course is designed for staff who have a responsibility to promote the products and services of their company. That would be all staff who are customer facing, whether that be face to face or telephone.
What does this programme cover?
To share with delegates the need to focus on client needs and benefits rather than what your product is. People buy from people and the ability to build rapport is the first step in any sales process, learning how to pace and then lead the client is a valuable skill that all people involved in the sales chain should know how to do.
