Business and Administration - Apprenticeship at Enfield Training Services

Course description

Whilst completing the Level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration, you will need to be in a full time work placement in an office environment. If you do not already have a placement, ETS will be able to help you find an employer who is willing to take on an apprentice. You will be training in Business procedures, office Skills and Business Applications Software. You will be required to be assessed on-the-job in order to complete this qualification. You will also receive support towards your Literacy & Numeracy skills and Personal Development to help increase your confidence to find another job if your current employer decides not to employ you full-time once your course has ended. Like all of our courses, you will have constant one-to-one advice and guidance from The Learning Support Team.

Entry requirements

Aged 16-24, although 19-24 includes a fee. Must have a full time job in the relevant occupation.

Future opportunities

This course offers you a specialist work-based qualification to support a range of careers in Business and Administration or to progress onto studying for a Level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration. With further training, you could continue to develop your career in Business and Administration by finding a job within Marketing, Finance or Human Resources. This course is work-based which means your employer must pay you a minimum of £80 per week whilst developing basic business skills, understanding and knowledge, which most employers are looking for.
