Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3) at South & City College Birmingham

Course description

Without Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Technicians the economy would grind to a halt. Many people are dependent on their vehicles to get to work and businesses need reliable and well maintained vehicles to transport goods to and from customers. Apprenticeships are the lifeblood of the Automotive Retail Industry and more technicians are needed to replace those who leave or retire. Apprentices will learn how to diagnose, test and repair a range of vehicles.

Entry requirements

It is highly recommended that all candidates have achieved a minimum level 1 in numeracy literacy and ICT (or equivalent). It is essential that all candidates are employed as a light vehicle technician within the industry or be employed in a similar role.
