Site Wood Occupations – Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3Develop your knowledge, training and skills in the Carpentry and Joinery trade through studying units such as;Carrying out first fix flooringRoofing and stairsCarrying out second fixed double doors and mouldingsErecting complex roof structure carcassing componentsMaintaining non-structural or structural componentsYou may also need to study Functional Skills Maths and English Level 2, Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS), and Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) units to successfully complete your training.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements but your previous skills and experience will be considered upon application.

Assessment

Some attendance at college may be required and an Assessor will also visit you in the workplace to carry out practical assessments and monitor your progress.
