Course description

This is the new Apprentice Standard for new entrants to Adult Social Care It is aimed at those who are looking to start their career in Adult Social Care.

Entry requirements

As an Apprenticeship is a job they each have different entry requirements. To be able to apply for an Apprenticeship you must be ready to start work immediately. This means if you are still in Year 11 you must wait until you have completed school before applying as all vacancies are for immediate starts - just like a real job vacancy. Future opportunities

After completing a level 2 Apprenticeship you may be able to progress to the level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship, continue working for your employer or seek other employment opportunities within the healthcare profession.
