Course description

The food industry is packed with big brands and fast moving consumer goods with great career opportunities. Food reports a skills gap of 170,000 employees by 2020 given rise to an in-demand taskforce. The food industry covers a wide range of sectors from retail to catering, agriculture to manufacturing and processing. You may also specialise in food types such as bakery, meat and poultry, fish and shellfish and brewing.

Entry requirements

Initial assessment and diagnostic testing on maths and English will take place prior to commencement of apprenticeship.
