A Level Georgraphy at Kingston College
A Level Geography is a linear qualification with students taking the final exam after two years of study. Students study a combination of physical and human geography topics including water and carbon cycles; coastal environments; ecosystems; global systems; urban environments; population and resources.

A Level entry criteria are a minimum of five GCSEs, at grades 9-5, all in academic subjects. These must include a minimum of a grade 5 in GCSE English and a grade 5 in GCSE Mathematics. If students have taken GCSE Geography they must have achieved a minimum of a grade 5. This qualification can only be studied alongside two other A Level subjects.
Students also need to complete a piece of coursework on a geographical topic of their choice.
University degrees in subjects such as geography, planning and environmental management.
Kingston Sixth has an excellent track record of being an established A Level provider.
