Course description

This training course is designed to give any employee who is customer facing the skills and tools to provide an outstanding and individualised service to an advanced level. By the end of the course you will be conversant in the best ways to monitor and improve customer service, as well as they ways in which this will enhance your business. You will also work towards achieving your Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths.
