Customer Service Level 3 NVQ Diploma at Brooks & Kirk Limited

Course description

The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service (QCF) is the next step up on the customer service ladder. Again it is a generic qualification so is suitable for learners in any sector.

This qualification is ideally suited to anyone working in one of the following roles;

  • Bank/building society senior customer adviser
  • Contact centre supervisor
  • Senior customer service adviser
  • Team leaders ( all sectors )
  • Office managers

At Level 3 learners can expect to be working in front line delivery at a more senior or supervisors role.

Future opportunities

Learners can progress to Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service (QCF).
