Course description
Brief Course Content
Over the two year you will study Mechanics, Electrons, Waves and Photons, the Newtonian world, Fields and Frontiers of Physics, with two practical assessments, one in Year 12 and one in Year 13.
Progression
An A Level in Physics allows progression to higher education in Physics or Engineering; can help with other careers such as forensic science etc. or in employment where a knowledge of physics would be useful.
Entry requirements
By negotiation.
Science GCSE Grade BB preferred. CC taken by negotiation with Head of Subject.
