This is a professional cookery course and is designed for people working within the industry who want to improve and develop skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification.
What Will I LearnYou will improve your chef skills in advanced cookery within the workplace and in one of our training kitchens.

- Preparation and Cooking of Complex Fish
- Meat and Poultry Dishes
- Soups and Sauces
- Basic pasta and Pulse Dishes
You will be working in this area and have completed a level 2. You will also be required to attend an interview and sit a basic skills test.
