Course description

A Level Sociology introduces you to points of view on society, learningthat there is no absolute right or wrong in sociology as so much ofwhat we investigate is open to interpretation.By studying Sociology you will learn to think critically andindependently about society and your place in it, gain the tools tothink for yourself and develop a critical and informed understanding ofthe world around you. You may even gain knowledge and skills thatwill help you take control of your life!

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs at grades A* to C including English Language. You do not needto have taken Sociology at GCSE.
