Gas Utilisation: Core Skills & Knowledge Diploma Level 3 at East Berkshire College

Course description

This course is for people to get into the Gas industry.

This course consists of various core and optional units, which include installing, servicing and maintaining natural gas systems.

On completion, your skills and knowledge obtained on this course in conjunction with site experience working alongside a gas fitter will gain you entry into the industry.

Entry requirements

You are required to have three GCSE's at grade C or above including Maths, English and Science or an equivalent level 2 in the above.

Assessment

Through continuous training and assessment in the workshops and coupled with theory and practical exams throughout the duration of the course.

Future opportunities

  • You can progress onto ACS gas course.
  • A possible career in gas fitting
