The Diploma in Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cooking) Level 3 is a highly flexible course designed to recognise and develop the skills and abilities, whilst tailoring the benefits to the individual and the organisation through the selection of appropriate optional units.
The course can be offered at a time and place to suit the needs of both the employee and their employer.
To achieve the Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 3 (Preparation and Cooking), learners must achieve a minimum of 56 credits, with 11 credits coming from the mandatory unit and the remaining 45 credits being achieved from a selection of units matched to the learner’s job role, agreed with the assessor at the induction.
