AS Level Food Technology at Alleyne's Academy

Course description

Students will be able to develop their own design capability in order to produce high quality products. They will be taught to apply knowledge and understanding of food science in order to use materials and processes to best effect. The course consists of three units: Materials and Components; Design and Market Influences; Process and Manufacture.
