Future opportunities

A study of fashion & textiles complements other art and design courses and is especially useful if you are thinking of a career for which an art/design/fashion or textiles background is relevant. Some of the most relevant careers include fashion design, fashion illustration, teaching, retailing, buying and merchandising, costume design, fashion journalism, garment technologist and fabric technologist. We regularly organise visits from our former students who now have careers in the fashion industry.
