Hospitality and Catering - Apprenticeship Level 2 (EAOP) at Stockport College Apprenticeships

Course description

During this Apprenticeship you will work towards obtaining several awards, which make up the overall Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in Hospitality (Catering) These include the Level 2 Diploma in Food Production and Cooking which covers: Hygiene and Safety, Preparation and cooking techniques,Customer Service. Depending on your job role, you will then complete a specialist module that focuses on your area on work. Daily duties will include preparing and cooking menu meals to the required standard, supporting the kitchen supervisor in operations in the kitchen. Stockport College will deliver a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Catering via work based learning, and weekly day release at College along with relevant Functional Skills and Technical Certificate. The minimum duration of the apprenticeship will be 12 months and full training will be provided by the employer.

Entry requirements

GCSE grades A*-D in Maths and English are required.
