GCSEs - Level 2 pathway at Isle of Man College

Course description

This course allows you to study:
GCSE English
GCSE Maths

Plus two other GCSEs.

Entry requirements

You are expected to have a standard of literacy and numeracy and general education that is equivalent to four GCSEs at grade D. Alternatively you may have undertaken suitable work experience.

Before applicants are accepted on to the course, they must also attend an interview with a member of the programme team.

Assessment

GCSEs - via a series of examinations similar to those you have taken previously.

Future opportunities

Employment opportunities - at a junior level in areas such as office administration and telesales operations.

Further vocational and academic qualifications - if you achieve 4 grade Cs or better you may wish to follow the A Level Pathway. Alternatively, you may wish to enrol onto any Level 3 course within the College.
