Biology A Level at Harlington School

Course description

We seek to offer a broad and balanced curriculum at Key Stage 5. We try to cater to all abilities, all learner types and all aspirations. The majority of our students aspire to university study and this is reflected in our curriculum offer. However, not all students choose to follow the university route so we also seek to provide courses that prepare students directly for employment. We wish to listen to students- if a significant number of students are keen to study a particular appropriate course they should make this known to the Head of Sixth Form. If feasible we can seek to add the course to our existing offer.

    • Harlington School is situated at the southern end of the London Borough of Hillingdon, near the M4 and Heathrow Airport.

      We have good access to London to our east by road, rail and underground. There is also easy access to the countryside of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire via the M4 and M25.
