WHAT DOES THE APPRENTICESHIP INCLUDE?

Mandatory units covering the following subjects - Organise and Deliver Customer Service, Understand the Customer Service Environment, Resolve Customers’ Problems, Principles of Business, Understand Customers and Customer Retention and Manage Personal and Professional Development .

In addition there are optional units – to tailor the qualification specifically to you and your industry.

WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF THE COURSE?

A Combined (Competence and Knowledge) qualification is a work-based qualification that combines competence and technical knowledge to give learners the practical competencies, technical skills and sector-related knowledge they need to be able to carry out a job effectively.

IS THIS COURSE FOR ME?

Yes, if you work directly with Customers within your industry and are looking to develop your customer service skills and knowledge to progress your career further.

Entry requirements

WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?

Already be employed or seeking employment within the customer service sector. A Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service would be desirable.

Grade C or above in English or Maths – or willingness to work towards Functional Skills Level 2.
