Course description

Management and leadership skills have a major impact on the development, productivity and performance of organisations of all sizes and across all sectors of the economy.

In today’s fast-moving competitive environment there is a need to continue to drive up the performance of the best and to address weaknesses in management and  leadership that are holding back productivity and performance.

The Team Leading Apprenticeship offers the most comprehensive development
route for new and aspiring Team Leaders or Managers.

Over the course of the Apprenticeship you learn the theory of team leading and gain  the practical skills and experience necessary to progress to management.

Entry requirements

Most occupations require a minimum of grade C in English, Maths and ICT, although some only require a minimum of grade D.

Some occupations within the Engineering sector will require Science at a minimum of grade C.

A Vocational Assessment may have to be taken and passed for some Apprenticeships before acceptance onto the programme.

Assessment

Training is delivered in the work place and an Assessor will monitor your progress
and conduct assessments.
