Course description

Psychology is the study of mind and behaviour. As such, it offers some of the most fascinating subject matter available. This ranges from mental health issues such as the causes and treatments of depression and anorexia, through to philosophical questions such as the nature of mind and its relation to the physical world. Studying Psychology can offer insights into what motivates our behaviour and result in a deeper understanding of what humans are. It can also promote critical thinking through the analysis and evaluation of the different theories currently under investigation.
