C1 Algebra and functions; coordinate geometry in the (x, y) plane; sequences and series; differentiation; integration. C2 Algebra and functions; coordinate geometry in the (x, y) plane; sequences and series; trigonometry; exponentials and logarithms; differentiation; integration. In addition you will also study the applied units such as Statistics and Mechanics.

S- Probability, data handling, testing hypotheses  M- Forces, energy, motion.

In year two you will continue to study another two core units C3 and C4 along with the applied units S2 and M2 .
