Digital Arts BTEC Diploma Level 2 at Gloucestershire College

Course description

This course offers the opportunity to study a variety of digital arts skills and techniques.

You will learn how to use a range of creative software.

The course is designed to give you the skills needed to progress on to an extended diploma in a specialist area, and involves educational visits and employability skills as part of the wider curriculum

Course content

You’ll study all aspects of art and design, plus aspects of digital photography, film and graphics.

You will study:

  • Film
  • Advertising and animation

Entry requirements

You will need to have 3 GCSE's at grade D or above, including one in a creative subject.

Future opportunities

Students can progress to Level 3 courses in graphics, art and design, media or photography.
