Business Studies National Certificate Level 3 at Charles Darwin School

Course description

The OCR Level 3 Nationals in Business has been developed to recognise candidates' skills, knowledge and understanding of business functions, environments and operations. The qualification assesses candidates' achievements through theory, application and practical assessments. Business Studies at Charles Darwin School covers six units: Year 1 Unit 1 Investigating Business Unit 2 Customer Service Unit 3 Finance Year 2 Unit 4 Communications Unit 5 Human resource management Unit 15 Marketing Two of the six units: "finance" and "communications" are taught intensively within a week under exam conditions as this has proven to gain higher grades.

Entry requirements

Minimum C grades at GCSE in Maths and English with an enthusiasm to learning about business.
