Hospitality Supervision Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship at Training Works 4 U LTD

Course description

As part of a Hospitality level 3 Apprenticeship with Training Works 4 U you could choose from a range of roles in a variety of settings from cafes to hotels. In a hotel you could be supervising the main reception desk, ensuring hotel rooms are maintained to a high standard or supervising the restaurant.


Whilst gaining experience in a practical role you will also work towards the qualifications you’ll need to kick-start a successful career in the industry.

Entry requirements

To start an Apprenticeship with Training Works 4 U you have to be aged 16 years or over and must be working in the Hospitality sector for at least 16 hours a week. You also need to be a resident in England and not taking part in full-time education. You will be ineligible if you have achieved a level 4 or above.


All learners will undertake an initial assessment for Maths and English at the enrolment stage, this assessment will identify the areas of strength and highlight any areas that may require additional development.

Future opportunities

Head Housekeeper, Head of Reception, Front of House Manager, Duty or Hotel Supervisor/Manager, Regional Supervisor/Manager in restaurant or pub chain, Team Leader in Hospitality outlets, Supervisor of Hospitality outlets.

You will also be able to work in bars, restaurants, hotels, cafes and other settings, as a Supervisor or Manager in a hospitality role.

The hospitality trade is one of the biggest employment sectors, and needs 855,000 new staff by 2017 to replace those leaving the industry.
