Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (1 Day) at All Trades Training

Course description

Any food, normally goes through sourcing, processing, packaging and distribution offering a wide variety of careers within the Food and Drink sector. Our Programme supports individuals looking for a career in food production such as Baker, Butcher, Brewer, Caterer and Fishmonger.

They also support post-production roles within mechanical food production, distribution and general handling within Supermarkets, Independent shops and restaurants. We also provide training in Food Hygiene and Safety to help keep consumers safe.

Course content

These Programmes are designed for those already in work who want to obtain a recognised qualification in Food and Drink. Our Learning Coach will train you all the elements of the qualifications through a mixture of discussions, teaching, research, group exercises and hand-on activity.

We offer the following qualifications in this sector at the cost of £89. If you are aged 19+ and do not have a recognised QCF Level 2 Qualification (equivalent to GCSE at A-C Grade) the cost maybe supported by the Government and 100% funded by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA).
