Construction (Wood Occupations-Bench and Site Joinery) - Apprenticeship at East Midlands Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire)

Course description

At Intermediate level, you will learn how to manufacture structural carcassing components, windows, doors, stairs and units including marking out, machining and assembling. At Advanced level, you will further develop the skills, knowledge and experience required to carry out a range of joinery work to the standards agreed by leading industry bodies.

Entry requirements

All potential Apprentices will benefit from average to good GCSE grades, D, C, B & A. Support is given to all future apprentices who have not got the required grades of maths and English for the framework. The functional skills delivery is both group delivery and one to one depending on the level of support required.
