Off- the- Job

This involves working with your assessor, completing assignments or activities and collecting work evidence. These will enable you to fit your learning activities into a set of standards which have been designed by employers in the industry.

This means spending most of your time with your team learning how to do the job with support and direction from your employer.

Future opportunities

You can progress to Deputy Manager and Manager and from the Level 3 onto the Early Years Foundation Degree or Management qualifications once you’ve gained enough experience.
