Customer Service Level 3 at Lagat Training
The Customer Service Qualifications are accredited and certificated through City & Guilds or Pearson.
Each qualification route is carefully planned with both the individual and the employer to maximise the needs of both parties.
Qualifications are made up of mandatory units (Units which must be taken) and optional Units chosen in agreement with the individual based on their capability and working environment.
Where qualifications are part of an Apprenticeship Framework, there may also be other qualifications that must be achieved (e.g. Functional Skills or GCSE, Technical Certificates)
