This course is a full time study programme where you can improve your skills in both catering and hospitality.

Entry requirements

Students will need to have successfully completed Level 1 Hospitality Services or Level Diploma in Professional Cookery.

You will assessed by continuous assessments based on observed practical performance and some exams for technical certificates.
