Introduction to Vehicle Technology Entry Level Diploma at Easton & Otley College

Course description

This one year course is aimed at 14-19 year olds and designed to give students a general introduction to range of basic motor vehicle skills. The structure has a practical approach to assessment and includes many visual questioning techniques designed to stimulate and interest students.

Students at the Otley Campus benefit from modern, purpose built facilities to learn in, including light and heavy vehicle workshops as well as classrooms. Students also benefit from an interactive eLearning provision which can be accessed from home, a wide range of workshop equipment and a large variety of vehicles and components to work on.

Entry requirements

Entry Level Diploma for the Introduction to Vehicle Technology - A profile of GCSEs at grade F to include English and Maths.

Future opportunities

On completion of this qualification, students can progress to a Level 1 Diploma in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or another Level 1 programme.
