Physical Education A Level Linear at City of Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College
If you have a keen interest in sport and are regularly involved in performing or coaching then this course is ideal for you. You will develop your knowledge and understanding of the scientific factors that underpin performance in physical activity and sport. Alongside furthering your theoretical understanding of sport you will analyse, evaluate and improve your own sporting performance through regular participation and coaching.

Psychological and Social Principles of Physical Education
- Skill acquisition
- Sport psychology
- Sport and society
Four GCSEs grade A-C, preferably including Maths and English. This is a guideline rather than a requirement and the college will create a programme most suitable for you as an individual.
