Intermediate level Apprenticeship in Customer Service at National Business College Limited

Course description

Once NBC has found you a permanent job in a Customer Service role, you will complete a portfolio, gaining knowledge and experience, whilst collating evidence for your qualification.

Course content

The Apprenticeship Framework consists of:

  • NVQ in Customer Service
  • Functional Skills in Maths and English (Functional Skills depend on qualifications previously gained)

Entry requirements

Once you have applied for this course you will be invited into our Training Centre for an interview and assessment.

GCSE Grade A-C (or the equivalent) is required or achieves Entry Level 3 assessment level at application.
