Film Studies is a popular and successful academic subject at Chestnut Grove that offers students the chance to develop a range of skills. This year we are offering an exciting new A-Level Film Studies that offers students the opportunity to deepen their understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of film. Although it is an important academic subject it is also designed to allow you to put your love and understanding of film into practice through your coursework projects.

Film Studies is a popular academic subject which many students continue with to degree level. The course also develops written, analytical skills and research skills which are valuable in many professions and desirable for entrance to university.
