Advanced Apprenticeship : Customer Service at Hawk Training
This programme offers the Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service. You will gather evidence for the NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, Key Skills and a Technical Certificate. Evidence will be gathered in the workplace and you will have regular meetings with an assessor. You will also take part in on and off the job training.
