Course description

The course comprises a series of topics, termed “Units” which address a broad variety of business and administration activities.  Units are graded at different Levels that reflect their relative difficulty.

The qualification is achieved by the assessment of evidence obtained in the workplace of current levels of knowledge and work performance. 


Course participants are required to provide relevant, up-to-date examples of work-performance and answer, without time restriction, questions relating to the work being undertaken.
