Future opportunities

On completion of training apprentices normally take up a skilled position in their chosen trade.

Further information

The first year of training will be spent at Midland Groups Training Centre, where training is given in foundation and engineering skills. On successful completion, trainees return to their company for continuation of training and day release for further education to achieve technical certificate.
